Maureen O’Hara Ventimiglia is retired, but her enthusiasm for writing has been a significant aspect of her existence. Although she possesses no qualifications related to writing or education, she has always taken pleasure in crafting tales and, more recently, penning eulogies. Her grandchildren encouraged her to document her life story; surprisingly, she recalled more than anticipated.
Throughout her lifetime, Maureen engaged in numerous vocations, but her primary emphasis was consistently on remaining optimistic, upholding faith, and speaking the truth.
Her perseverance in the face of losing her adult children and spouses, as well as enduring various ailments, renders this narrative distinctive.
When she’s not sharing stories with anyone who will listen, Maureen explores the globe, touring all seven continents. She is celebrated for her passion for photography; her residence is adorned with images from her travels, and those that aren’t displayed are compiled in a coffee table book collection she crafted with a story timeline.
Maureen currently resides near Bethany Beach, DE, and spends the winter months in her “happy place,” the Caribbean, where she relishes the stunning azure waters and magnificent sunsets.
Maureen has no time for whining—life is too fleeting. When something goes awry—you need to initiate a transformation. She believes the world must engage in more acts of love and extend kindness to everyone.
